The Media Team will be led by Jake Alba, multi-media producer. Jake along with his brother Jess will be traveling with the Alumni Bike Race team across America photographing and filming the event. Our efforts will be reflected on our website (www.alumnibikerace.com) with update photos and video of each of the riders.
Jake Alba is a multi-media producer based in Los Angeles, CA. Alba was the lead producer for the English segment of the 2007 Rosary Bowl. Nir Tal, Team Bike Mechanic
Nir Tal is the principal owner of Bike Improve, the only mobile bike shop in Los Angeles. In 2007 Nir was chosen by LA Magazine as the Best Of LA bike mechanic (August issue).
Nir has been operating this business for the last 3 years as a solution for many riders that don't maintain their own bikes because of lack of time. We cater to riders that prefer personal qualtiy service. Nir has over 12 years of experience as a bike mechanic and as a rider: 4 years XC racer and 3 years DH racer.

Jess Alba, Production Assistant
Jesse J. Alba has his Bachelors of Arts from St. Edward's University in Theatre. He is well versed in the Michael Chekhov Technique of Acting and continues
to study with master teachers around the United States.
Jess has worked as a Production Assistant for both Paramount Studios and Elephant Productions. Currently, he will be working on the documentary team for the Alumni Bike Race. Jess will lend his experience to capture the moments for the Alumni Team assisting the support team and brother Jake. After this trip he will be traveling to Buenos Aires, Argentina to work on developing his craft in the theatre, acting in Spanish.
