Kyle Rosendale, Bucknell Rider

Kyle is a 2007 graduate of Bucknell University and a member of Bucknell's first ever class of biomedical engineers. He served as a Vice President and Community Service Chairman of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon. He was recognized for his accomplishments as one of 17 undergraduates from across the nation selected to study leadership skills in Greece through the fraternity's Tragos Quest to Greece program.

Kyle was also a part of the New Student Orientation program, working as an Orientation Leader this past year. He was President of the Biomedical Engineering Society and presented research that was eventually published at the 2005 BMES Fall Conference.

Kyle also spent hours on the intramural fields, participating in every intramural sport and even playing on the women's varsity basketball scrimmage squad.

Kyle's parents and dog reside in Canton, OH, but his heart is in Lewisburg, PA. He would not have been able to attend Bucknell without his Presidential Fellow scholarship and he is grateful for the opportunity to use the Alumni Bike Race to give future generations of students a Bucknell experience that rivals his own.

Kyle spent the last two years as Assistant Programming Director for the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA in Milton, PA. He organized youth sports programs for the YMCA and volunteered as a coach for soccer, dodgeball and basketball leagues and clinics. Kyle will be moving to Washington, D.C. after the Alumni Bike Race.
